GDPR 679/2016 - Information on the protection of personal data

Users are informed that the data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations laid down therein according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy.

1. Legal basis:
The processing of customer data is based on the consent provided directly by the same, and the necessary processing to allow the conclusion of the service contract and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including the possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service. The Data Controller, pursuant to art. 37 GDPR has appointed Eltra S.p.a. Uniperonsale and its legal representative pro-tempore.

2. Purposes of processing:
1. Follow up on the activities of presales and commercial information requested by the subject.
2. Managing, concluding and executing the agreed contractual relationship, as well as any accessory devices required, including any fulfillment related to tax and accounting obligations.
3. Managing and executing the contact requests of the interested party, requests for the provision of services, in requests for assistance, including through communication to third parties.
4. Data resulting from implicit transmission in the use of Internet communication protocols
5. The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the IT structure (legitimate interests of the owner).
6.Eltra S.p.a. Unipersonale performs the profiling according to the methods and limits of regulation, with the sending of promotional information relating to our services, marketing information, remarketing, advertising and other information that may be of interest to you based on the preferences expressed in the provision of personal data.

3. Territorial scope:
The Data Controller informs that it will process the data provided, mainly directly or through assignment to another person in the European context.

4. The interested party:
Pursuant to Article 15 of the EU Regulation 679/2016, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning you, to obtain an indication of the origin and of the purposes and methods of the processing, updating, correction , the integration of data, the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law and has the right to object to the processing for the purpose of sending advertising material.

5. Exercises of law and claim:

6. Access to data:
You have the right to request copies of personal data that you have provided us in a structured format, commonly used and readable electronically, and / or request that we transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).

7. Duration of treatment Storage:
In general, Eltra S.p.a. Unipersonale keeps your personal data short periods of time, or for the time necessary to execute the contract.
• We may retain some of your personal information to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal and tax obligations and to protect our contractual interests.
• Exceptionally we may retain some of your personal data for the conduct of investigative activities, as required by law.

8. Withdrawal of consent and limitation of the processing of personal data:
It is possible at any time to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data by sending us a notice specifying the wish to revoke the consent, or proceed directly with the unsubscription if required.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of any processing activity based on it prior to its withdrawal.
