EMD

Not for new design, EOL notification.

The EMD board is used whenever it's necessary to carry out a selected signal among a maximum of three inputs. This board accepts, as input, signals coming from a maximum of three encoders and supplies, in output, the signals of one of these, selected electronically. The output signal is selected by properly supplying the two inputs, IN1 and IN2, according to the working diagram (please see datasheet). The type of output and encoder to be connected must be described in the ordering code, on the condition that all the electronic types connected encoders have to be the same. Moreover, the EMD supplies three contacts, normally open, which are switched off when the correspondent input is selected.
